I think I’m back again

 I’m pretty confident I’ve gotten myself back into my regiment. Last and this week I was able to go to the gym 5-6 days a week consistently, I ate all my protein for each day and got to sleep on a regular basis and was able to practice my kung fu outside of class everyday. Just got to stay consistent for as long as possible now until something comes along that I need to overcome.
