Spring Break
I got a lot of things done over this break, worked on my forms a lot, and mindfully as well. I used my extra time this break extremely well. It felt really good when I could just be productive and focused without having to worry about time. I also used this break fo recover from some muscle discomforts, although my challenge on Saturday may have been a bit ambitious as soon as I recovered earlier in the week. I would like to do more challenge days with the team, not the same challenge, but similar. Also, what are some good stretches for the lower back? I’ve got some discomfort growing and I’d like to try some new stretches to try and control my discomfort.
